Week Three in Review

Week Three of the NFL season is complete and next week will bring the first change to the snapping position.  Client Brett Goode of the Packers was injured in Sunday’s game and will be replaced by Taybor Pepper, who was in camp with the Packers this summer.

Longsnap.com’s exclusive compilation of every Division One long snapper is being finalized now and will be published next Monday, October 2nd.

Five snappers had tackles in punt coverage with Charley Hughlett (Browns), Zak DeOssie (Giants) and Aaron Brewer (Cardinals) tallying solo tackles and Joe Cardona (Patriots) and Clark Harris (Bengals) adding assisted tackles.  Kyle Nelson (49ers) had a fumble recovery during Thursday’s game.  Cardona has recorded a tackle or assisted tackle in all three games this season.

The NFL Long Snappers Chart after Week Three is below.
