Off-season workouts conclude for NFL teams in the next few weeks and snapping transactions have slowed down. The Chargers did waive Anthony Kukwa, who was signed earlier this year.
In addition, there was a very rare transaction in the CFL, as the Edmonton Eskimos signed Bradley Northnagel, who recently spent time with the Raiders this off-season. CFL teams have traditionally used Canadian snappers due to roster limits for import players, but the Eskimos are using a spot for Northnagel, a United States citizen, at least for now.
