Week Two in Review

About the Blog

Week Two in the NFL is complete and the only personnel move involved Kevin McDermott being released from the Broncos’ practice squad earlier in the week.  Special teams played an important role in games again, as the Patriots blocked a field goal for a touchdown in their win over the Vikings, while the Rams blocked a Buccaneer punt and field goal in their victory.

Cullen Loeffler of the Vikings added two solo tackles in punt coverage and now has three tackles on the season.  Kyle Nelson (Niners) and Matt Overton (Colts) each had a solo stop and Josh Harris (Falcons) had an assisted tackle.

The NFL Long Snappers Chart after Week Two is below.
