New Snappers in Minnesota and Cleveland

Today was decision day for two NFL teams at the snapping position.  The Vikings have signed veteran Matt Katula to replace the injured Cullen Loeffler.  The Browns have decided to replace Ryan Pontbriand with rookie Christian Yount, who spent part of the season with the Bucs.

Pontbriand made the Pro Bowl twice as a snapper and was drafted in the Fifth Round of the NFL Draft in 2003 by the Browns.  Despite an excellent career with the Browns, Pontbriand was battling accuracy problems most of this season, including two recent poor field goal snaps.
